Hi, I’m Chasity Bowman-Jones and I love teaching! I hold a BA in Elementary Education, an MS in Physical Education. Along with a RYT200hr, Yin Yoga, and Reiki Level 2 certification.

In 2010 I discovered yoga at a time in my life's journey when my mind, body, and sould needed it most. Yoga made me feel “lighter.”I was able to breathe, stretch, and flow through anything I had brought on my mat. Moving with purpose and breath helped me begin to thrive. Through 2 years of continued practice and exploration of different classes/studios I felt a sense of freedom that I knew I wanted to share with others.

I enrolled in a 9 month 200hr Hatha training with Lynn Matthews, MA, E-RYT500 and the rest is history. In 2018 I moved to San Diego from the East Coast and found an amazing yoga community that inspired me to deepen my practice and knowledge. I now hold my Reiki Level 2 and Yin Yoga certification.
