Classically trained in the art of French Pastry and Baking using the "old school" method, Chef Annabel brings 19 years of pastries and chocolate experience from working at 5 stars Hotels and Patisserie to owning a her own thriving business. Over the years, Chef Annabel's love for creative challenge and palette tickling led to fine-tuning the pastries into edible work of art and creating crossed fusion flavors using both savory and sweet ingredients.
