His focus has been not only on the software's commands and functions, but the training and management of the software & the end users.

Mr. Barrett has trained over a 1,000 users, and most of this training has been custom training. He has a knack for finding out what users and organizations needs, what they do on an everyday basis, and then customizes a class or the classes content to best fit their needs. Mr. Barrett also has a strong focus on online training, and all the options and value that this type of training brings. He has assisted other organizations on developing their own online training programs.
