Inhale Yoga & Fitness is a community-minded yoga studio nestled in the heart of Del Mar, California, catering to students of all levels of fitness and yoga experience.  

Mission Statement:

Inhale Yoga & Fitness empowers people through the use of alignment based yoga methodologies and techniques to enable transformation of physical bodies, to allow injuries or limitations to be overcome, and to increase mental awareness and connect to emotional well being.  

At Inhale each student’s personal goals is understood as well as recognizing and understanding each person’s anatomy and injury profile (if any) with the purpose of recommending a safe, personalized yoga based schedule with the aim of building strength, endurance and flexibility in a way that is life enhancing.

A former scientist, the Founder of Inhale Yoga & Fitness is trained and experienced in various methodologies spanning many ranges of yoga styles as well as strong foundations in fitness training. The core mission of Inhale is to recognize and affirm that all individuals are already enlightened and through support of the physical body, a deep remembrance of this state can be achieved. Teaching methods are rooted in student empowerment, supporting each individual exactly where they are in their practices and giving them the tools needed to meet their goals in a safe and intelligent way.
