What you'll learn in this word training:

Create more complex documents using Breaks (page / column / continuous), add page numbers, wotk with columns, set custom Tab Stops, add Headers & Footers, use Footnotes and Endnotes, create tables, insert charts & diagrams, use Track Changes, add Hyperlinks and Bookmarks, and more!

Breaks:

  • Insert page breaks, section breaks, and column breaks in your documents.
  • Use breaks in complex documents to control text placement and separate different types of formatting.

Columns:

  • Create documents with multiple columns.

Tabs Stops & Indentation:

  • Use the Ruler to set Indents and Tab Stops.

Headers & Footers:

  • Add Headers and Footers that appear on every page of your document.

Footnotes/Endnotes:

  • Add footnotes and endnotes to a document.

Hyper Links / Bookmarks / HTML Documents:

  • Add bookmarks, and hyperlinks to a Word document.
  • Learn about working with website HTML files.

Compare & Merge / Password Protect Documents:

  • Compare different versions of documents side-by-side and merge them into one - accepting or rejecting changes.
  • Password Protect document to limit access or the ability to edit a document.

Track Changes / Revisions / Comments:

  • Use the Track Changes feature to track and manage changes to your documents.
  • Distribute a document for review, add Comments.

Insert Objects, Diagrams & Charts:

  • Protect your document so no changes - or only certain types of changes - may be made.

Refund Policy

Transfer Policy:

  • You can transfer free-of-charge to another class provided that you give us at least 2 business days advance notice by phone or e-mail.
  • You can also send someone else in your place. Please inform us who will attend the class.

Refund Policy:

  • If you feel a class isn't right for you, just let the instructor know during the first break. We will issue a full-refund, transfer you to another class, or issue a full credit for the class - Your choice. You must inform the instructor during the first break!

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
