Description
What you'll learn in this aerial class:
A unique style of yoga that allows you to move through stretches and poses with the assistance of an aerial hammock. This Level 2 class involves more strengthening and deeper stretching.
Pre-requisite: Completion of at least 5 Level 1 Aerial Yoga classes.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class if you have never taken classes at Aerial Theory before.
Wear athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in when going upside down.
