What you'll learn in this restorative class:

Relax after a long day in beautiful ambiance of low lighting and fairy lights! Feeling a little run down physically and/or mentally from this stressful experience we call life? Fill your cup back up with a restorative class that focuses on healing through releasing deeply held tensions in the body and the mind.

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. The teacher gives plenty of space for the student to be introspective and prepare for a meditative experience. Props are fully used to pamper the mind and body, ensuring the student leaves class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This class is suitable for students of all levels wanting to unwind and relax.

Bring a towel, yoga mat, and water bottle.

Refund Policy

Events & Workshops

A full refund less 5% cancellation fee will be given for any cancellation made 8 business days or more in advance of the event or workshop.
No refunds will be given for less than 8 business days notice.

In the event of special circumstances, please contact [email protected], the school reserves the right to approve/disapprove any such requests.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

Teacher Training

A full refund less the $500 non-refundable deposit will be given for any cancellation made at least 31 business days prior to the start date of the program.
No refund, credit or transfer will be allowed within 31 business days of the start date of the program.
