In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn everything you need to know to prepare a gourmet classic risotto completely from scratch that will make your palate swoon.
This classic risotto promises to be nothing short of rich and creamy, with supple grains of arborio rice perfumed of wine, replete with butter, and infused with the deep and earthy flavor of the world's finest white truffles. Finally, a delicate and lacy Parmesan crisp serves as the cherry on top of a dish that is sure to be pure decadence.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
