Have fun while treating your palate to a delicious brunch with the guidance of Chef Stacy.

Make your next get-together truly stand out with a specialized three-course brunch menu that combines the best of New American and Italian cuisine to delight your guests! Chef Stacy is passionate about providing an atmosphere of excitement and engagement as she takes students through each step of the meal preparation process. Discover the culinary elements that will make your next occasion a truly memorable experience for everyone. 

Your class begins by learning to make refreshing fresh-squeezed orange juice, followed by a savory iron skillet ricotta frittata with luscious country potatoes and delightful parmesan and pancetta brussels sprouts. The class wraps up with a dessert that is fit-for-the-gods; whole-grain Belgian waffles with refreshing strawberries and topped off with homemade whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
