What you'll learn in this thai cooking class:
Join me in my home for a full Southeast Asian inspired feast!
We'll start by making some homemade Thai Tea together, then you will learn how to create one of Christy's favorite Asian dishes. Guests will learn Lao, Vietnamese, or Thai recipes.
In addition to the dish we'll cook together, we'll have two more courses and some drinks to round out the night! Over dinner, you'll be able to hear about the work the kitchen, a 501c3, is doing in Thailand, teaching refugee youth how to cook.
As always, proceeds from every meal will help go toward our programming!
Provided are:
The address will be sent to the student once booked to the class, and then the school will reach out to the student directly for additional instructions (to give a gate access code and discuss menu and allergies).

- Tom Kha + Two Entrees: A very popular coconut based soup with lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime is the perfect introduction to Thai cuisine.
- Thai Iced Tea: 3 drinks with dinner shall be provided-Traditional Thai Iced Tea, Water or Glass of Wine
