Making pasta from scratch doesn't need to be scary. Demystify the art of handmade noodles in this cooking class with Chef Michael.
He will teach you how to mix, knead, roll and cut your own pasta dough to make beautiful fettuccine. Then, cook your pasta and prepare it simply with a bit of Parmesan cheese sprinkled over top. After this class, creating pasta at home will be a cinch!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
