Suzanne Goldish

Teaches at Los Angeles Center of Photography

Suzanne Goldish moved to Los Angeles from New York City four years ago and has grown to adore her new west coast home. While in New York, she completed an MA in Photography through New York University’s collaborative Masters program with the International Center of Photography. Over the years, she became very active with the ICP’s Community Programs department and taught many youth photography classes under their supervision. After arriving in Los Angeles she began teaching photography to elementary school students in Venice through the LA-based non-profit LEAP. She also became a member of the photography collective From Here To There, curating and taking part in a number of group shows around LA. Suzanne specializes in traditional film photography, processing and printing, and her work has been featured in a number of print and online publications, including The New York Times Book Review, Canada’s National Post, and www.berthamag.com. She is committed to fostering a true appreciation for the art form in the young people that she teaches.
