Alison Taffel Rabinowitz is a super connector, branded content strategist, business development expert, and a helpful mentor for young women in the startup and media world. She pivoted into consulting for startups after leaving the media industry, where she spent her early career developing innovative marketing opportunities at Inc., Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, Men’s Journal, Travel + Leisure, and Food & Wine. She has a great passion for helping women advance their careers - often mentoring young female professionals throughout the country. She frequently visits The University of Georgia’s New Media Institute to judge student capstone projects and/or give lectures featuring career advice from the trenches of both the corporate and startup landscapes. Alison is on the Founding Team of Open Me, a new greeting card startup changing what thoughtful means in the digital age, and serves as the company’s Head of Brand, Marketing, and Communications.
