Will Ditterline is in his eleventh year as Artistic Director of Stages on the Sound, a theatre company focused on arts education and theatre for young audiences. Stages currently provides arts workshops to 45 schools in New York City, Albany and Connecticut. Their recent production of Romeo & Juliet was seen by over 5,000 school-age children. With Stages, Will has written and produced 9 original plays for young audiences.

Will has also taught acting with Centenary College and the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival. As a performer, Will's work has been seen Off-Broadway, at regional theatres, in multiple national and international commercial campaigns, and in prominent independent film festivals across the US.
