Rafael Fernandez is a highly accomplished and resourceful Senior Level Capital Project-Construction Manager with an excellent record supervising all phases of multimillion-dollar capital construction, retrofits, renovations upgrades, and retro-commission projects for private and public clients. He is licensed in Facilities Manager Professional (FMP), Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), General Construction (CGC), is a Certified Asbestos Investigator (CAI), and professional member of the PMI, APA, IFMA, NSPE, ASCE and FLENG.

Mr. Ferandez is currently Capital Senior Regional PM /QA at TGC Engineering Services in New York. He was Lead Project Manager-Capital Construction Contract Administration for PB-EMG in New York and Capital Construction Project Manager for Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors in Paris, France. Mr. Fernandez’s career started in Orlando, Florida as Capital Improvements Federal Project Manager for APEC International & 3D International.

Mr. Fernandez has a Doctorate Degree from Albert Schweitzer University in Geneva, Switzerland and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of District of Columbia, Washington, DC. His education is extensive and diverse, receiving diplomas and credentials in the States, Mexico, Venezuela, Germany and the Dominican Republic.
