To see if your computer is compatible for the online training, click HERE to do a self test. If you are using Chrome or Firefox, you do not need to download and install the Zoom software to join the classes. You can join our sessions with just your web browser.

Class Delivery:

Classes are conducted live online using Zoom. You can attend from home or come in to our offices to use our fast internet and preconfigured machines. Each student gets a practice session before the class starts to iron out any bugs.

Student Attending from Home or Office: 

  • if you are using a PC will not need to download any software as they will use any browser to remote into one of our computers. 
  • If you are using a Mac, they will need to download the free software called AnyDesk to remote into one of our machines. 

 The classes are live-online. The students will be able to see the instructors screen and hear and communicate with the instructor. It is a live class, where the teacher is usually teaching to in-person students as well.

Refund Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, it's usually no problem. We will move you to a different session, or give you a full refund as long as you give us at least 7 days' notice. If, however, you notify us less than one week before the class (a "late-cancellation"), we do not offer a refund and you only qualify for a late-reschedule. We charge $25 for any reschedule, $50 for reschedules with fewer than 72 hours' notice, and $100 for reschedules with fewer than 24 hours' notice (or no-shows)
Students may withdraw from any course (except when they have late-rescheduled) after instruction has started within 2 hours and receive a full refund, provided the reason for their withdrawal is dissatisfaction with the course. In the case of multi-day and multi-evening courses, students may withdraw after any session before the course's half-way point and receive pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the tuition.
