SERVSAFE FOOD SAFETY MANAGER’S COURSE (COURSE ONLY)
Welcome to Westchester Food Safety, we are a full service Food Safety Servsafe training provider.
If you are interested in taking a course at home and do not want to take a boring online Food Safety course, you have come to the right place.
This course is designed to people who wish to take a real class but with the convenience of taking it at home.
How it works:
1. Watch our 10 unit video segments covering

You wil be given a unique password, you may watch the videos via tablet, computer or from a smart phone. Simple an easy to follow.
After Sign up we will send you links and talk on the phone so we can organize our 1 on 1 video chat session with a real instructor.
2. You will be given a Digital Study guide which can be used in conjunction with the course. A practice exam will be issued.
3. 1 on 1 Course and exam review session. We will personally set up a time with our instructor, via Zoom, Facetime, Whatsapp, even directly on the phone. Here we will discuss the material you went over. We will explain pertinent, key areas
of focus that will help you pass your Servsafe examination. This section is really the meat and potatoes of Servsafe and this review is spot on.
Our video segments are quick, straight to the point and the exact lessons that we cover with our live courses.
Our goal is to ensure you have the knowledge needed to meetyour local regulatory requirements in regards to proper Food Safety practices.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Class locations may change and no refunds for location changes will be granted. Inclement weather policy; class are postponed and or delayed based on the location of the course and the local school policy. If the local schools are delayed then the class will be delayed. If the schools are closed the class will be rescheduled. Every effort will be made to reschedule the course and or exam date, there are no refunds for weather-related class changes.
If a student fails to pass the food handling exam a student may re-take the exam for a fee of $100.00. Payments for rescheduling, re-testing are non-refundable. The rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original class date.
Material presented during the food handling course is local, state, and federal regulatory accepted food safety information however Instructors may use real life situations during then course instruction but these actions may not reflect specific codes or business practices by the regulatory agencies.
Individuals are responsible to make sure they understand their local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, especially in regards to the number of hours of required training. No refunds for an individual who takes the wrong course or exam will be issued.
Weather
If a class is postponed due to inclement weather students will be placed in another class suitable to their needs and space availability. No refunds will be granted due to weather postponements.
Identification
If a food handling class attendee does not have valid photo identification, they may stay for the course but are not permitted to stay for the exam. To reschedule the exam there is a $65.00 fee. The rescheduling is based on class availability and must be scheduled with 90 days of original exam date.
Purchasers acknowledge that they have read and understood the enclosed policies whether products were purchased online or by phone. The purchaser agrees to these above terms.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
