What you'll learn in this pmp training:
Technical Institute of America is one of the nation’s largest provider of the PMI-ACP training. Our documented 99% passing rate (Based on a monthly survey of our total enrollment who were able to pass after our course), has allowed us to train thousands of students to pass their ACP exam on the first try.
Our course is a live in-person classroom course or a live online class, your choice, and all classes are live instructor-led classes. All classes are held in one of our comfortable classroom locations either in New York City, Washington DC, Boston or live online. The course will also include a bestselling study guide and with over 400 questions. Students will also gain access to cheat sheets and our customized presentation that summarizes the entire exam content.
This course has been reviewed and is accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI), we are Registered Education Provider (REP) # 3333. This course is valid for your 21 professional development units (PDUs) that you will need to apply to take your PMI-ACP exam.
This course will also provide unlimited retakes for one year. You can retake the course as many times as needed completely free. While other providers will allow a retake only if you fail. We don’t believe a retake of a course should be allowed only when a student fails an exam.
Our classes also include a free second shot. If after you take our class and cannot pass the exam on your first try, we will pay for your second exam. All we ask is to take the exam within 14 days from your first class completion and a willingness to learn. We are the only provider to offer a free second shot.

Yes, you could. If you sign up for a classroom course you can attend a few days online. Also if you sign up for an online course you can attend a few days in the classroom.
Remote Learning
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Refund Policy
Cancellation made up to 8 business days prior to the start of the class will receive a refund.
- Refunds will not be given to anyone who has taken the whole or part of the class.
- Refunds will not be given for any cancellations made 7 business days prior to the start of the class or on the day of the class.
- Refunds will not be given for anyone that does not show up on the day of the class.
All refunds will be charged a 15% processing fee.
Rescheduling is permitted 2 business days prior to the start of the class.
Students must attend 80% or more of class total duration to receive a Certificate of Completion.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
