In this class, we bring awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations through the power of movement. We provide a diverse musical playlist that includes genres like Hip-Hop, R&B, Soca, Afrobeat, Pop, Salsa, and conscious high vibrational tunes. Get ready to experience dance moves from around the world and engage in a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong and joyful.
Class begins with a high-energy movement segment that will get your heart pumping and your body moving. Afterward, we transition into a mild yogic-inspired stretch session, followed by a mini meditation to help you find inner peace and relaxation. Each week, we focus on one of the seven main chakras as a guide to express gratitude for our bodies and our lives. So let’s turn up & zen out!

Class Items: Yoga mat, towel, water and any meditative tool such as crystals, incense, or tea. (Not required)
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
