You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection.
This class will be held via Zoom unless otherwise specified
Strength & Stretch is a beautiful way to start your Saturday while strengthening and stretching your muscles for dance! The class will be a fusion of 30 minutes of Pilates/barre and 30 minutes of luxurious and juicy stretching. Pilates and barre focuses on small movements of high repetition to intentionally tone muscles surrounding your joints while the stretching will lengthen your body beautifully. The class will have you feeling sleek, toned and invigorated.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Clients must cancel classes at least 3 hours prior to the class they are registered for or they will be considered a "late cancellation" and be charged for the class. 5 Class Packages will expire in 4 months; 10 class packages will expire in 8 months. Clients can pay $10 to extend the expiration on their cards for one additional month. Fit4Dance reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment and/or inclement weather. Students enrolled will be given the option to transfer the class or receive a refund.
