The Stand-Up Comedy Workshop provides a comprehensive comedy development program featuring:

  • 3 intensive group coaching sessions focused on comedy techniques and performance
  • 2 one-on-one private writing sessions with instructor Stephen
    • These exclusive coaching sessions offer mentorship comparable to how professional comedians develop their craft. Stephen will work directly with you to refine your comedic material and help you develop original, sharper jokes and routines.
    • All private coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or telephone conversation.
  • A professionally produced online comedy show broadcast live to a national and international audience.
  • Your performance will be streamed on ACI's YouTube channel for wide viewing and portfolio purposes.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Refund Policies:  

A full refund of tuition, less the $500.00 deposit fee is made when a student withdraws from the program before the first class. This request must be put in writing. Once the program begins, tuition is non-refundable.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
