A great deal of time and expense is invested into the preparation and organization of each class. It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a cancelled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this.

Registrants who cancel with at least 8 business days notice prior to the event or beginning of the program:

• Full refunds, minus a $25 administrative fee for private healing sessions or under 4 hr classes.
• A $50 non-refundable deposit for 4+ hours classes.
• A $100 non-refundable deposit for over 4+ months programs.

Cancellations made less than 8 business days of the event or session forfeit a refund.

However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. As such we offer the courtesy of transferring your tuition to a different class within six months of the originally scheduled class with:

• A $15 administrative fee for single day classes.
• A $30 fee for multi-day classes and sessions.

Cancellations made less than 2 business days before a class or healing session forfeit a refund and cannot be rescheduled.

Short notice cancellations and no-shows do not give time enough to offer the place to someone on the waiting list, so the fees paid cannot be refunded or transferred. All digital access/deliveries are final.

A class or session can only be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times, after that, the tuition is forfeit. The maximum number of late notice cancellations from a student (even if for different classes) is 3 times. After that, I understand I am not that student’s teacher. In order to create a comfortable and safe learning environment for all students, REIKI Wellbeing reserves the right to dismiss any student that exhibits any inappropriate behavior or tendencies disruptive to the training.

If you are unable to attend because of financial challenges please contact CourseHorse before the class start date to discuss options and find a way to make it happen.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
