Slow flow Hatha class is great for both new students and experienced yogis. Hatha yoga allows you to hold the posture and breath into the physical movements. The Focus of this class is on cultivating awareness, creating a healthy physical body, and a sound calm mind.
How to join us online for classes:
- Download Zoom App if using a Ipad or phone & create a free user account. If using a laptop or desktop just create an account.
- 30 min prior to class start an e-mail will be sent to you.
- Click the link in the email to join the class.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
