This class allows students of all skill levels to build community, skills, and receive individualized technical and creative advice from the comfort of their own homes. Students may use any physical or digital drawing or painting materials for assigned projects.
Instructor Miles Lewis’ career has spanned commissioned illustrations and portraiture, live art, artist books, gallery exhibitions, fine art printing, and public artwork through 15 years of teaching experience with ages 5-85. He’s exceptionally positioned to make the most of a diverse online classroom.
Classes will revolve around 5 minutes of instruction with each student, providing an efficient and productive classroom critique setting for all involved.
Notes:
- Instruction will happen on Zoom.
- Projects will be submitted by email.
- In-class correction and demonstration will occur on Procreate.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
