What you'll learn in this drink making class:

You love Champagne and you love your Cava and Prosecco, so we’ve made a stunning class for you that brings together the festivities of sparkling wine combined with fresh and seasonal cocktails. Join spirits expert, Christophe Bakunas, as he discusses the world of sparkling wine and how it all began hundreds of years ago, and then dive into your home bar to shake a modern and a classic cocktail.

To enhance your experience, order your 750ml bottle of Liberator Gin and 750ml bottle of Adami Prosecco from Italy for curbside pickup from The Chopping Block Lincoln Square on Wednesday through Friday from 12-5pm, or Saturday from 10am-4pm.


Upon registration, you’ll receive the recipes and equipment list. You have the option to make the cocktails of your choice before class, with Christophe during class, or after class. It’s your happy hour!

Our virtual cocktail classes, via Zoom, are a fun opportunity to watch your spirits expert in action. Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions submitted through the chat option are answered during or after class.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

During COVID-19, all classes have a three-day cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a two-week cancellation policy. You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 10% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days), you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a friend or family member in your place.

Please note: all virtual class sales are final. All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
