Master the art of pate a choux, making cream puffs and eclairs filled with pastry cream and chocolate ganache, that will dazzle your friends and family. 

Making amazing cream puffs and eclairs at home is fun, easy, and best of all - delicious!

This hands-on, live-streaming class will teach you step-by-step everything you need to know to make fantastic cream puffs and eclairs - in an accessible, fun, and judgment-free way.

We will make pate a choux - the pastry used in making divine cream puffs, then fill the puffs with whipped cream and top them with a drizzle of chocolate ganache.

When we are done, you’ll have mastered the art of working with pate a choux and will have the skills and confidence to make cream puffs that will dazzle your friends and family.

Ingredients and supplies you'll need:

  • medium saucepan or skillet
  • silicone spatula
  • spoons or pastry bag with tips
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • mixing bowl
  • parchment paper
  • baking sheet
  • plastic warp
  • hands mixer or whisk
  • microwave-safe bowl 
  • low-fat milk or water
  • unsalted butter
  • salt
  • all-purpose flour
  • eggs
  • chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
  • heavy cream
  • granulated sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • granulated sugar
  • cornstarch

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

Refunds (less 5% cancellation fee) or reschedules must be made 6 business days before class start date.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
