Yes! You can make pizza and calzones from scratch! Learn a new skill in the comfort of your own home as our chef instructor virtually guides you through the ins and outs of making yeast dough from scratch, how to shape pizza and calzones, and bake on a pizza stone for an extra crispy crust. We’ll teach you the step-by-step process of how to make an impressive Italian feast in this intensely interactive 2-hour virtual workshop.
Need to stock up on tools and ingredients for this class? Pre-purchase your very own pizza kit for curbside pickup at Lincoln Square on Tuesday 12/1 or Thursday 12/3 from 3-5 pm. The kit includes an Emile Henry pizza stone, a wooden pizza peel, Frantoia extra virgin olive oil, a 28-ounce can of whole San Marzano tomatoes, and a Rosle pizza wheel! Price reflects a 10% discount and includes tax.

Our Virtual Cook Along with classes, via Zoom, will have you and your chef cooking together in real-time. We’ll provide you with the recipe packet, equipment list, and class syllabus upon registration, so you’re prepared to get cooking, and when it’s over you’ll have a feast on the table! Our Zoom moderator will make sure your questions are answered live by the chef either during or after class.

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
