Thomas Beachdel holds both a doctorate and masters degree in Art History from The Graduate Center at CUNY and the Institute of Fine Arts at NYU, respectively. He has taught at Pratt Institute, Parsons the New School for Design, and Hunter College and has lectured at the Metropolitan Museum, the Guggenheim, the New Museum and at contemporary galleries around the city.
