Growing up in New York City, Teresa found her passion for yoga after years of Irish Step Dancing. She has been practicing since 2002 and is certified at the 200-hour level through YogaWorks. Teresa leads a strong vinyasa class emphasizing alignment and encouraging body awareness. She is currently studying Illustration at the School of Visual Arts.
