Matt Stills

Teaches at General Assembly

Matt Stills is a full-stack web developer from Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoys all aspects of web development but often finds himself focusing on the front-end at his current job. He has been doing web development for over 8 years professionally. For the past 4 years, he has worked at Turner Broadcasting on both the Sports Illustrated (SI.com) and NCAA Digital (NCAA.com) websites as well as the March Madness Live desktop experience.
While he works primarily with the web, Matt is fascinated by technology and computing in general. An avid computer user from a young age, Matt's very first websites were simple HTML (before the advent of CSS) and first programs written in BASIC or C. These days he finds himself writing plenty across all of the front-end languages - HTML, CSS, and especially JavaScript.
