Shanna Honkomp is a 300 hour certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She was introduced to yoga asana in college while pursuing a degree in dance, but didn’t discover the power of the practice until she entered the Jivamukti Yoga School in 2007. The comprehensive teachings of the Jivamukti method ignited her desire to learn more as well as eventually pursue teacher training. Shanna’s practice and teaching are made as an offering to all the holy teachers in her life: Sharon Gannon and David Life, Monica Jaggi, Satyavira (Matthew Lombardo), John Stillwell, Narayani (Nicole Nichols), Sangeeta Vallabhan, Rima Rabbath, Christian Montegut, Kelly Morris, and Jules Febre.
