Taproot's floral design classes are taught by Rachel Gordon. The owner of Taproot, Rachel thinks that farmers are awesome and local flowers are prettier than imported ones. She was trained by some of the finest florists in the US and England, loves all things yellow, and believes that coloring inside the lines is optional.

The instructor was very knowledgable and I thought the class was a basic level. The choices of flowers were seasonal and beautiful. Can't beat it for the price!
