Neil Feinstein Director, Brand & Creative Strategy, True North, Inc. Adjunct Professor, NYU By day, Neil is Director, Brand & Creative Strategy at True North Inc., where he works with clients such as Medco, Glamour Magazine, Pitney Bowes, Disney Visa, ThomasNet.com and Growing Family to plan and implement digital programs. At night, Neil is an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching the intricacies of campaign strategy in their Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing program. The knowledge Neil imparts is based on over 20 years of experience working with some of the bluest-chip names in corporate America. Prior to this, Neil was VP of Creativity at Bigfoot Interactive, where he built email marketing programs for Calvin Klein Fragrances, MCI, World Wildlife Fund, Disney Vacation Club and Alitalia. As Partner, Creative Director at Bozell (now Lowe), Neil worked on multi-channel campaigns for The New York Times, Datek Online (now Ameritrade), Merrill Lynch and FEMA. Neil has won multiple creative awards, and lectures worldwide on digital, brand and creative strategy. He holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Direct & Digital Marketing from New York University.

    Had a great experience in this course. It was very comprehensive and detailed, especially given that it only takes place over two days. However, the information I received from CourseHorse regarding the class, once it had been booked, was incorrect and outdated. All of the email confirmations and correspondence I received about the class gave me an outdated address for the location of the training, and consequently, I missed an hour of my first day while trying to find the correct location. It was also difficult to get in touch with CourseHorse about the issue. In future, please make sure that all information about class logistics is correct and up-to-date, and that there is a phone number or online chat available for students who might be experiencing any issues day-of.

    This class is just an introduction to Digital Marketing, and it's actually more about "marketing in the age of digital" rather than digital marketing, describing what are the various channels but nothing more than this. This class is really made for beginners and I did not learn anything. It's too high level and not practical enough. It's absolutely not data or KPI driven. The case studies are not really related to digital at all. The teacher is really nice and it could be interesting if you're not working in digital and need to understand the digital landscape, but if you're a digital professional: Don't waste your time.
