Angel Morales

Teaches at CUNY in the Heights

Angel Morales DDS is our Dental Assistant Program instructor. Angel was born in Dominican Republic, lived in San Pedro de Macoris for 20 years, and subsequently moved to New York in 1988. He went to New York University College of Dentistry in 1993 where he obtained his degree as Doctor in Dental Surgeon (D.D.S.). In 1996 he and his wife opened a private practice, Marble Hill Dental Office located in the Bronx, NY, where they offer quality care to patients in their community. Dr. Morales have been teaching in the field of Dental Assistant since 2008. His favorite thing about teaching is "the challenge of reaching students and motivating them to like Dentistry or at least find its purpose in their lives." He also "loves the fact that I can be creative in planning and delivering engaging Dental lessons" and also loves "passing on new knowledge in Dentistry to students for the first time and having students communicate and demonstrate that they have grasped the course material so that when they go on to a Dental facility, they will be able to perform their duties with ethics and professionalism."
