Martha completed the Jivamukti instructor certification in 2007. She also completed her 800 hour certification, having apprenticed with Julie Kirkpatrick at Jivamukti Yoga in New York City. A classically trained ballerina, Martha has taught fitness and wellness activities for many years before becoming a yoga instructor. She loves nature, animals and children.
