Lisa Goldstein Angerame

Teaches at New York Yoga

Lisa has been practicing yoga daily for well over a decade. For Lisa, yoga is a source of strength and healing from the inside out. As she continues to gain flexibility in her body, Lisa gains flexibility in her mind. "I was never a gymnast or a dancer. I had no idea what my body could do. But it is bigger than that now. I can't believe how the physical changes have manifested themselves emotionally and spiritually. I have found balance, equanimity, and contentment. Yoga continues to change my life!" Lisa has over 1,500 hours of training. She is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti teacher and a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa teacher. Lisa is also certified to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga.
