Rev. Phoenix Rising Kawamoto, a master story weaver and educator, speaks and teaches from an honest experience of life, with all of its questions, challenges, surprises, and amazing beauty. Rev. Phoenix’s ministry began long before spirit guided them to One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in 2008. For over 30 years, they have remained dedicated to a number of very real community concerns and areas of need, including LGBTQ diversity, empowerment, leadership, mental health and wellness, substance abuse, and more.
