Heather is a Certified Women's Empowerment Coach and energy healer who specializes in helping women heal and become their best selves through a combination of coaching and healing practices. Heather specializes in Reiki and New Paradigm MDT energy work. Heather also teaches meditation and is pursuing her meditation teaching certification. Heather has completed several years of study and practice in understanding the feminine and incorporates those teachings in her work with women.
