Teaches at Nourish the Soul

I grew up in upstate New York in a small rural town outside of Albany. I found myself in New York City right out of college. I love listening to music and being in nature. I find solace in family, friends, drawing, writing, yoga, and the outdoors. I enjoy being a city dweller and exploring the arts, culture, and entertainment available outside my doorstep.  I'm an animal lover and happy mama to 3-year-old Tom Cat named Kitty Bear. 

I have studied the healing arts of the mind, body, and soul in the New York Metropolitan Area for 9 years.  In 2016-2017 I  completed a year-long apprenticeship, under the guidance of a Light Body Healer, in energy healing and energy medicine. I am deepening my knowledge of energy work as I continue to embark on a  "Master" apprenticeship in Light Body Healing through 2017-2018.  Strengthening the breadth and depth of my knowledge of energy work has allowed me to deepen my intuitive healing skills. I enjoy integrating my deep connection to spirituality as I work with my with clients. By trade, I'm a Registered Dietitian (RD) Certified Nutritionist/Dietitian (CDN) since 2010, and an intuitive healer by nature.  

My energy is soft and warm, and I have a tremendous amount of passion for working with people. At an early age, I discovered my gifts to feel, hear, and see spiritual energy.  In my practice, I embrace my gifts to work with clients deeply and profoundly.  I am so happy to be able to share my gifts with you. I am living my soul’s true purpose guiding individuals towards a happier and healthier life.  I look forward to working with you!
