Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, executive chef/co-owner of Frasca Food and Wine, is a James Beard Award winner and Food & Wine Best New Chef. Lachlan honed his skills in various Michelin-rated restaurants in France as well as The French Laundry with Thomas Keller, and his travels left him deeply inspired by the international influence of the cuisine of Italy’s surprisingly diverse Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. For this class, Lachlan will team up with Frasca’s co-owner and master sommelier, Bobby Stucky.
