Great intro to watercolors. The instructor provided a lot of examples of technique and gave us a good flavor of what the longer series would be. I would recommend this trial class

Absolutely terrific...MARIKA so well organized..everything ready to go from the minute class started and she progressed in such a way (using wet on wet and offering explainations for how to connect so as to see the colors mixing or to place colored circles a bit apart so as not to mix colors) that as we moved from one project to another, she referred back to those earlier moments. She walked around many, many times and was always available to answer questions. It was a trial class and the follow up full course is at night. A couple of us have called the JCC raving about the class and we had other friends who would be interested in such a course also call or email asking that such a course be offered during the day....would be popular for older students.

The class was fun and the instructor was great. She was a very talented artist. With lots of her own work as examples. We sampled a number of different techniques in class, I learned many new things.

Marika is a wonderful teacher and clearly loves teaching. She focused on botanicals, which was right up my alley, and gave us lots of great usable advice.
