Judi Hamsa Spagnola, RYT/TRM is Integral Yoga Certified and has been teaching various styles of yoga for more than 30 years. She created and developed the Gentle/Chair Yoga Teacher Training Program & Manual for The Integral Yoga Institute and teaches for the MS Society. She teaches stress management, meditation and offers Reiki Healing Circles throughout NY & NJ. Judi is a Traditional Reiki Master and Interfaith Minister of Spiritual Healing, who shares her knowledge with compassion and an open heart.
