Chef Josh Massin is one of the most creative chefs working in kosher today. A graduate of Johnson & Wales, Josh has over a decade of food service experience in some of the finest kosher restaurants in the country including a six year stint as chef de cuisine at the famed Mike’s Bistro on Manhattan’s upper west side. Since 2011, Josh has been the executive chef of Nobo in Teaneck, NJ where he has won accolades for his commitment to freshness, quality, & seasonality and his rigorous, research-intensive creative process.
