Hannah adopted Voltaire's famous "Follow your bliss!" as her motto. Native to Colorado, the love for movement and outdoors circulates in her blood, she encourages everyone to give yoga a shot. With background in acting and dance she will guide you through a Power Yoga class that will build fitness, cultivate health and you will have fun doing it! Expect abs work and spinal twists in class.
