Alyssa is a born and raised Queens local. After spending 20 years as a dancer and struggling with chronic illness, Alyssa found the physical and spiritual powers of yoga and meditation on her path to healing. It became clear that the practice was one she needed to fully embrace and share with others who may be struggling from similar physical and emotional pain. Alyssa completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and continues to expand her practice here in NYC.
With each class, Alyssa aims to break the boundaries of what "yoga" is and guide you into finding your inner peace amidst the daily NYC grind. By integrating mindful breath to movement with the healing power of essential oils, you will leave each class with solace and serenity.
