Mademoiselle Douiou holds a degree in Education and French from l’École Normale de l’Enseignement Supérieur. She has over 18 years of teaching experience, and joined the FIAF staff in 2002 as a teacher of French as a Foreign Language. She has taught in High School and worked for 5 years at the YMCA in NYC.
While a guidance counselor for international students at the New Immigrants Program of the New York YMCA, Mademoiselle Douiou has also been teaching French for 5 years. In addition to being a FFL teacher, she prepares students for the SAT and AP Exams and is an active member of the Jury for the TEF, TefaQ proficiency Exams.
