Donna Lichaw

Donna Lichaw is a product management and user experience strategy consultant, advisor, speaker, and educator. She specializes in mobile, tablet, responsive web, and mobile first product strategy – in other words, getting the best results by helping teams think big by starting small. Donna has worked with a variety of businesses around the world, from startups to nonprofits to established Fortune 500 companies, such as Seamless, Citi, Bloomberg, Apartment Therapy, WNYC, Atlantic Records, The New School, and Nerve.com. She has taught at Parsons The New School for Design and Northwestern University and currently teaches at NYU and General Assembly in New York City.

Thomas Wendt

Thomas Wendt is a design strategy consultant based in New York City, specializing in user research, experience strategy, product strategy, and innovation. He is part theorist and part practitioner, firmly believing that theory and practice need to learn how to play nice if we’re ever going to be truly innovative. He comes from a background in psychology, philosophy, and literary studies—all of which have a strong influence on his design and strategic processes. He strives for a deep understanding of the relationship between people and technology, as this relationship is what shapes product and service design.
