So this is not at all a mixology class. This is a "watch the bartender make the drinks and take a sip after class". You do not get to make 10+ drinks. You get to watch a bartender make 10+ drinks. I'm not sure why one would want to pay $95 to do that, when they could do it for free at a bar. So basically, go to a bar... Instead of this class.

Marcy was a wonderful teacher. We learmed the very details that make a drink excellent cimpared to subpar. Just a word for those OCD like me - you have to share drinks from one glass with everyone in class. I'd rather the drinks be poured in sample disposable cups for person. But this would take more time so i can understand why it isn'the done. I still had a wonderful time.
