Teaches at The Wine Truth

My name Is Josh and I have been making beer, wine, and mead for about 10 years and I’ve worked as a hotel concierge for roughly the same amount of time. I’m excited to share my love of this hobby with you all. The purpose of this class is to have fun, learn a bit of the history, regions, and technique of winemaking so you’ll sound like you know what you’re talking about when you taste wine. We are going to start off by making our own wine and then we are going to discuss three different, famous regions where wine is produced and we'll do a quick tasting after each region.
