Dylan York's passion for wine began with a magical bottle of Bordeaux. Originally a biology and psychology major, he channeled his fervor for medical school to learning the wine industry from dirt to glass. Dylan has since worked in all capacities of the trade—though teaching is his true passion. He is a certified sommelier through the Court of Masters and is certified WSET Advanced. In his spare time, he is an instructor for Astor Center and the Sommelier Society of America where he teaches future sommeliers and eager to learn consumers in New York City. His highly-interactive classes are often sold-out and seek to debunk any and all myths regarding wine appreciation. Dylan is the National Sales Manager for Revana Vineyards and resides in Brooklyn, NY.
